This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! We have 3 pontoon boats available to rent through River Gorge Excursions and our renters receive a discount. River Gorge Excursions also offers 2 hour pontoon tours through the beautiful river gorge, this is a guest favorite. They are located 5 minutes down the street. There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (seasonal May-Labor Day)! Our Guests receive a discount there as well too. We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays! The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable, wifi! There is also a community grill that is available for use! If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock!
