Tremendous view back to the city skyline. The seal show was really good and we enjoyed the bird show too. I appreciated that there were strong messages about how to help (eg use less water) the envir… Full review by Elaine W

Deplorable experience, charged me twice on the website for our tickets, took three weeks and four staff members for them to agree it was an issue. NOW they have told us we have to wait 5-6 weeks for… Full review by Pauline D

The zoo itself is very pretty and the location is beautiful. There were not many animals, but the ones that we did see seemed to be well cared for. A word of advice- bring your own food and drinks. T… Full review by Mobile54914692327
How do you book animal encounters & find times for the various animal talks & shows? Couldn’t find any clear info on their website

Hi, animal encounters can only be booked on the day. I believe it’s a first come, first served basis. The animal talks and shows run every half an hour or so, you can collect a map on your way in which shows all the times on there. If you want to see the seal show I suggest lining up half an hour before the show so you don’t miss out as there’s limited seating.

Whats it like during these covid times im guessing no animal encounters? I read on their site they are still doing the bird show with reduced capacity but what about the seal show?

Hey mate, The shows had been reduced in capacity for sure however some shows had been reduced to only a couple of times a day. As a whole, it was super easy to get around with the reduced visitors and without overseas travelers it was pretty quiet. But the covid compliance measures are super. Marked distancing & hand sanitizer stations every second step. Feel really sorry for the staff but they are doing their best to keep in high spirits. Certainly worth a trip out as you’ll never have it so quiet again.
