Wonderful museum experience. It was interactive and interesting. My partner and I spent over an hour exploring the museum. Full review by sahiran2022

Very interesting museum. I wish you could take pictures but I understand and respect why you can't. It was fascinating to see what a corset does to a rib cage. There's also a nice medicinal garden on… Full review by solocationer

The Franklin Institute is 7 blocks away. The Academy of Natural Sciences is 8 blocks away. There are countless restaurants scattered all over the area. The Art museum is just over a mile away. Eastern State Penitentiary is approximately 1 1/2 miles away. There is a lot to do.
Do I need to get tickets in advance for a weekday visit in September? Don't know if they limit the number of people.

I don’t believe so. We visited in peak vacation season over the Fourth of July holiday and were able to get in without a problem by just walking in. I don’t know if they have a daily limit or not.
I am looking for discount tickets for The Mutter Museum, do you know where i can find any? Thanks
A:
Sorry, I can't answer that. I just walked there from my hotel and went in for the full price, which I think was either US$16.00 or US$18.00 for an adult. Personally, I wish I hadn't bothered.
We spent about three hours there. I read every single description and story they provided and lingered over several of the artifacts. The whole place is fascinating.
Hi Lisa! What time of day did you go? We are planning a Saturday visit which I am regretting after reading your review. We won't get there until after 2pm so we are thinking it won't be as crowded.
A:
We arrived around 1pm on Saturday the 11th. It was crowded the entire time we were there, but still worth the visit. I hope you have a great time!
