This pastoral 5 acre property is a "throwback"; what remains of a 30+ acre farm established by German immigrants in the 1800s. Old Ollie the horse, Texas Dall sheep and native whitetail deer graze in a pastoral scene that effectively becomes your own personal enclave (throw out some corn for them if you don't mind). Experience the bustle of Main Street, tour Wine Road 290, soak in some tunes at Luckenbach, hike Enchanted Rock, experience the Nimitz Museum, or encounter any of the numerous other unique Fredericksburg offerings, then return to this sanctuary. Relax and refuel. This is a very cool old house with tons of charm, but it does NOT have all the amenities of typical B&Bs. For example the bathrooms are just regular tub and shower combinations.
