Yes dogs are allowed if on the leash and also (unbelievably) not allowed on the grass (probably because of irresponsible dog owners not picking up waste),. However, on the northeast corner of the walking path just before getting to the Mason's cemetery (Woodbridge CA) there is an area by the cypress tress to let dogs off leash and access to the water.
