Been to Liverpool loads of times, never been up the tower. Went at 11am opening time on Sunday, quite busy but didn't wait long. Great views at the top across the city, you can see far and wide 360°. Full review by ScottyGee81

I didn't see any toilet signs and there isn't a cafe there. You go up in a lift, have a look around at the views and go back down again

A:
The entrance is at the bottom of the tower up a set of stairs by St. John's Market it's the radio station entrance a glass doored reception facing the side of the Tesco store. Hope this helps.
