Great place to enjoy the view of Tokyo. It is free, and not yet overcrowded. You can still enjoy the cityscape in a calm and nice atmosphere. Lets hope we can all keep it that way. Not much to do … Full review by HotRodHeart

Seeing Tokyo at night with beautiful piano music playing in the background was fantastic. Getting to do so for free was even better. Absolutely recommend including a stop here if you can! Full review by mctrumpeter
